Dr. Anthony Crifase is the Health and Wellness Co-Director at Zoom Wellness. Having graduated from the National University of Health Sciences in Illinois with a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine, Dr Crifase has extensive post-doctorate education and training in Chiropractic Medicine, Functional Medicine and Clinical Nutrition. He is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist® practitioner, Board Certified Diplomat with the American Clinical Board of Nutrition, Board Certified Sports Nutritionist, Certified Clinical Acupuncturist, and also a Certified Personal Trainer.
Dr. Crifase is one of only a few Board Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS) and Diplomats of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition practitioners in the United States.
Dr. Crifase also graduated with a Bachelors of Biomedical Science from the National University of Health Sciences as well as a Culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu Chicago, and prior to entering the field of Functional Medicine, established himself as an expert in the food industry, having worked under multiple Michelin star executive chefs.
Dr. Crifase seeks to identify and address the root cause of health concerns, and through a collaborative relationship with patients, works to restore health and optimize wellness. He specializes in clinically investigating underlying factors and customizing health programs for chronic conditions, such as thyroid issues, autoimmune conditions, hormonal dysfunctions, digestive disorders, diabetes, heart disease, and fibromyalgia.
Dr. Crifase is the founder of both Chicago Natural Health Care and Colorado Injury and Pain Center, two multi-disciplinary practices in Illinois and Colorado, along with his primarily virtual practice, the Dr. Crifase Wellness Center.
He lives in Chicago surrounded by his family where he holds dual licensure of both Doctor of Chiropractic and Licensed Dietician.
